Passed my driving test with only two minors. John is professional and has a lot of patience, especially with someone as exasperating as myself. Is willing to go that extra mile and helps with theory practice whenever possible.

I know everyone says that their driving instructor is the best one, but John is truly really good at his job. Lovely instructor very patient and can actually teach unlike some.
I came to him from someone else and i passed in fewer lessons with John then all the lessons i had with my previous instructor.
I would recommend him any day of the week, never a dull lesson :) x |

John is like the bestest driving instructor ever.
I passed my test 1st time. its not easy teaching someone like me but John did and he did a great job. He was always relaxed and calm. Always orffered to gimme extra help with theory stuff. lessons with john they was always filled with johns jokes. LOL

| The best driving instructor ever. I was a very nervous driver and john helped me build my confidence higher than I ever thought it could be. I passed both my theory and practical test FIRST TIME and that is all down to the brilliant tuition from John. A great instructor who makes you feel at ease. If you are a nervous driver then I would definitely recommend john. Thankyou for all your help |

Hello :)
Passed my driving test first time on wednesday this week,
Had 30 hours all together! There is no way in hell i would have done that with another instructor!
I would recommend him to anyone and would defo pick john if i had to do it all again!!!!!
Going to miss lessons!  LOL but i learnt to drive and made a new friend! ^^ |

| I recently had a car accident after 20 years of driving when another driver pulled out in front of me. Prior to the accident I had been a very safe & confident driver having also been a delivery driver in the past & used & owned many different vehicles. Always enjoyed driving however since the accident I've been off work with horrid whiplash & sever headaches & I was scared to get back behind the wheel. John was very supportive & guided me through slowly. Obviously he knew I wasn't a novice but he let me in my own time & way.... & after a few tears, find my wheels again. He was great & really boosted my confidence & even gave me some extra tips that my driving instructor from over 20yrs ago didn't even give me. I took his advice about going for a drive on my own afterwards & felt much better about it, still nervous but I knew I could do it (and had John's voice in my mind keeping me calm). The drive on my own was absolutely fine but I couldn't have done it without having had that first session with him.....So many thanks John, you were wonderful.... I can be independent again, you've helped so much!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! XX |

I have had my provisional licence for ten years and have always been nervous about driving and so nervous under test conditions  .I always found it hard work and not that enjoyable to learn.
I have been having lessons for the last few months with john and have enjoyed all my lessons looking forward the next one. Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me i could do it and always making my lessons fun, tuned into the way i learn making me more determined to pass.
You are a brilliant instructor who has helped to build my confidence and become a driver.
I am sooo excited still and pleased i have passed, but shall miss our weekly lessons, chats, smiles, empathy and understanding of me as a person  xxxx

| i passed my test first time with john with 3 minors i had a hand full of driving instructors in the past and john's way of teaching was in a lead of its own no dis respect to the over intructors he is easy 2 get on with and is pateint and makes u understand if u do anythink wrong, and i felt as ease on my actuall test i was advise people who want 2 learn to drive to go with john u will fill comfatable and in good hands even for the nervous drivers once again thanks john ..... ricky |

John mills is a fantastic driving instructor, he knows his stuff and is easy to get along with.Â
He is very patient and goes through all the driving techniques and laws of the road in a easy and understandable way.
I would recommend learning to drive with John mills over any other driving school.
Lessons should be a relaxed experience which you find it easy to learn from and you get that from John mills.

John was a brilliant instructor i passed first time with 2 minnors, he was very strict but this really helped me and made my actual test feel so much easier,he also gave me disks so i could prepare for my theroy and i didnt like doing it but he keept pushing me and he helped me and i fianally passed the theroy second time. hes a lovley nice man and knows his stuff soo go with his driving school :)

What a surreal experience it has been learning to drive…. And without john I’m not sure I would have managed to succeed. John is accommodating, consistent and above all, an absolutely amazing guy. He pushed me when I needed it without ever pushing my limits, all the while reassuring me and helping instil confidence in my abilities.
It has been a enjoyable process, all thanks to john. Thank you for not giving up on me!
( if anyone thinking of learning to drive who has confidence issues there’s only one name I can think….JOHN MILLS!!!! And you nifty card when you pass too!  ) |
